Bulletproof Knees Program

The Bulletproof Knees Program was born out of necessity after I tore my four major ligaments in my knee in 2022, including the ACL, LCL, & hamstring. This recovery led me deep into the ATG (Knees Over Toes) method, developed by Ben Patrick, which became the foundation of the system I now coach. 

This program was designed to restore full knee mobility (or as close to a full range as the body allows), followed by progressive strength training through that full range of motion.  The goal? To build knees so resilient, you’ll never experience more load or stress in daily life than you do in training – that’s what makes them truly bulletproof
